Our online Wellness Leadership Survey tool generates a Wellness Leadership Dashboard for each manager. The Dashboard provides immediate feedback about how his or her workgroup is doing in terms of healthy lifestyles, wellness program participation, workplace culture and management support. The Dashboard is used to track workgroup and leadership goals.
Wellness Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching provides managers with the ongoing support needed to put their plans into action. Each Wellness Leadership Coach has a Ph.D. or Masters degree and many years of worksite wellness programming experience.
