Dr. Allen is cofounder of Wellness Leadership Coaching, Inc. For the past 20 years, he has been president of the Human Resources Institute, LLC, a research, publishing and consulting firm that focuses on the creation of supportive cultural environments. He earned his Ph.D. in Community Psychology from New York University. Judd serves on the editorial board of the American Journal of Health Promotion. Dr. Allen is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Wellness Institute. Dr. Allen was a Senior Research Analyst at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and served on the Vermont Governor’s Council for Physical Fitness and Sports. Dr. Allen has assisted several hundred government, business and community settings to bring about lasting and positive culture change. He has authored more than 50 books, journal articles, training manuals and software titles. His most recent books are Bringing Wellness Home, Wellness Leadership and Healthy Habits, Helpful Friends. Judd has completed 25 consecutive New York City Marathons, multiple Ironman distance triathlons and long distance cross-country ski races. He is lives in Burlington, Vermont with his wife and six year old daughter.

Dr. Leutzinger is the former Director of Health Promotion at Union Pacific Railroad.
In October 2003, Dr. Leutzinger became the President of the Academy for Health and Productivity Management, the teaching division of the Institute for Health and Productivity Management and began independent consulting. In January 2005, he founded Health Improvement Solutions. The focus of this organization is to develop strategic and evaluation plans, as well as integrate human capital related functions for organizations.
In addition to assisting organizations with developing, planning and implementing an integrated health management strategy he also conducts comprehensive program evaluation projects, and has a special emphasis in shaping and sustaining cultures at work, home and in the community that support positive health practices. Dr. Leutzinger has written numerous articles and chapters on worksite health improvement topics and has given hundreds of lectures and presentations on worksite health & productivity related issues in the US and in several other countries. He is the co-author of the Book Why and How People Change Health Behaviors, co-editor of The Platinum Book: Practical Applications of the Health & Productivity Management Model and co-author of Dealing with Life Challenges: Fatigue Management, Stress and Mental Health.
He also serves on the board the C. Everett Koop Health project Awards and is chair of the Corporate Health & Productivity Management awards.
